Oklahoma Making Serious Push For 2021 5-Star QB

Ever since 2021 5-Star QB, Brock Vandagriff, de-committed from OU around the new year, Oklahoma has been in the market for another QB. In true Lincoln Riley fashion, after “losing” one 5-star he went out and started recruiting an even better 5-star, Caleb Williams.

Per 247 Sports, Caleb Williams is the no. 1 dual QB threat QB in the class of 2021. The 6-2 209 lbs stud is also the no. 1 recruit in the D.C. area and no. 4 recruit in his class. Essentially he’s ranked higher than Brock Vandagriff in every category.

Oklahoma has been making a serious push for 2021 5-star QB Caleb Williams and it looks like its working.

Caleb Williams visited OU unofficially back in June 2019. He’s now set to return March 5th 2020 for another unofficial visit. Just after news of Williams return visit to Oklahoma broke, 247 Sports recruiting analyst Steve Wiltfong changed his “Crystal Ball” prediction from LSU to “?”.

Oklahoma is hitting the ground running with this and just launched another segment in their recruiting campaign geared specifically toward Caleb.

It appears the stars are beginning to align for Caleb Williams and Oklahoma but OU still needs a commitment and a signing. We’ll do our best to keep you updated on 5-star Caleb Williams recruitment.
