Aaryn Parks: 4 Star Offensive Lineman
This week, elite offensive lineman Aaryn Parks announced he will be joining Lincoln Riley and the gang in Norman next year.
The 6-foot-4, 320-pound Parks is ranked by the industry-generated 247Sports Composite Player Rankings as the country’s No. 7 offensive guard and No. 203 prospect overall. He is the fifth offensive lineman to join the Sooners in 2020, thus completing their offensive line for that class.
Parks narrowed his top three down to OU, Alabama, and North Carolina earlier this year. After his decision he explained why OU was the right choice for him.
“Oklahoma would be a good fit for me because over the past years they’ve had several offensive linemen enter the draft and they’ve had back to back Heisman winners,” Parks said during a ceremony at his school.
With Parks commitment, OU’s 2020 recruiting class is pushed to no. 8 in the 247sports composite team ranking. This means Oklahoma is coming after Texas for best recruiting class in the Big 12.
How do you think Parks will fit in with the Sooners?
