Princely Umanmielen committed to the Texas Longhorns today. The 6’4” 250 pound pass rusher has very athletic build that could add more weight to his frame. His verified 40 yard dash is a 5.10. Princey is a very tough player who doesn’t quit on plays, and could evolve into a very balanced run stopper as well. He turned down offers from Oklahoma and Texas A&M.
The Longhorns have been putting together a very solid 2020 class. Back in July they were 31st, and now they’ve worked their way into the top ten.
Today’s signing comes the day after they signed another 4 star, in safety Jerrin Thompson. With 15 verbal commits for the class of 2020, the Longhorns are putting together a stacked class that will help keep their momentum going.
Not only is Texas ranking very high nationally, they are first in the Big 12, over Oklahoma. And They rank higher then in state rival Texas A&M. Look for the Longhorns to continue adding depth, to ensure they remain “back.”
